SEMI‐PROCESSED ELECTRICAL STEEL

Our semi–processed electrical steel is used by the Electrical Industry for manufacturing the rotating equipment, ballasts & FHP motors. This grade of steel requires a carefully selected chemical composition. It combines good punchability, high productivity at a comparatevely much lower cost than CRNO. These steels after decarburizing annealing offer core losses in the range of 3.5 to 8 watts/kg and combine with high permeability

SPECIAL STEEL

We produce the medium and high grade carbon steel as well as the low alloy steel which is used for manufacturing agriculture implements. we have the ability to customize our products as per our customers' requirements with factors like closed dimensional tolerances, excellent surface and shape combined with uniform mechanical & metallurgical properties. PACKAGING OF STEEL STRIPS / SHEETS

We provide customized packaging based on customer requirement i.e. pelletized form, coils form, strip form & sheet forms. We ensure the following necessary steps and layers to avoid corrosion on steels.

  • Transparent plastic wrapping
  • Second thick plastic wrapping
  • Third & Final layer of hessian clothes
  • Use VCI paper for packaging
